We offer a quick online booking system through the Bouncy Castle Network — just search our items, check availability and click "book now" to complete your reservation. If you prefer to talk it through or need a larger multi-unit hire, call us on 07496 311798 and we’ll help you step-by-step. โœ…


How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book at any time, but we strongly recommend booking well in advance to secure your chosen inflatable, especially for weekends and peak seasons.


What do the prices include?

All prices include delivery, set-up and collection. You’ll receive everything needed to enjoy the inflatable: the castle, a blower, extension cable, safety mats and sandbags or pegs — no hidden extras. Please note: if your postcode falls within a congestion zone, you will need to cover that charge. ๐Ÿ”Œ๐Ÿงฐ


When are your bouncy castles available?

Our inflatables are available 7 days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays. We’re flexible to fit your event schedule. ๐Ÿ“†


How long do I get the equipment for? โฑ๏ธ

Delivery and collection times are flexible and tailored to your needs. Simply let us know what times work best when you book.

Average set-up takes around 30 minutes and pack-up about the same. Larger units may take a little longer. โŒ›


Do you hire overnight?

Yes — overnight hire is available for an additional charge. Mention it when booking or add it in the online system. ๐Ÿ”


How do I pay? ๐Ÿ’ณ

We require a £20 deposit to secure your booking. The final balance is normally paid in cash on delivery, but you’re welcome to pay online or by card beforehand.

Important: if the area reserved for the inflatable is too small and the inflatable cannot be used as a result, you will be liable to pay 50% of the booking value. โš ๏ธ


What if I need to cancel?

  • Cancel by phone or email at least 7 days before the hire to receive a refund of your deposit.
  • Deposits can be used towards a future booking if you give more than 7 days’ notice. ๐Ÿ”
  • If we cancel due to extreme weather (high winds or heavy rain), a full refund will be issued. โ˜”๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ

What if it rains or is windy?

Our inflatables are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, but wet equipment can be slippery and unsafe — in that case it must not be used. We reserve the right to cancel if conditions are unsafe. Industry guidance recommends a maximum wind speed of Force 5 (19–24 mph). If wind reaches Force 5, all users must leave the inflatable and a responsible adult should turn off electrical equipment at the mains. โš ๏ธ


Obstructions

Please clear the area of obstructions (for example: dog do-do’s, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish) before we arrive. At busy times we may not be able to wait for the area to be cleared due to other scheduled hires. ๐Ÿงน


Insurance & Safety

We carry public liability insurance up to £1,000,000. If you’d like a copy of our policy, email us and we’ll send it over. ๐Ÿงพ

Electrical equipment over one year old is PAT tested; items under a year are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. ๐Ÿ”Œ
