How do I book a bouncy castle or soft play setup? 📅

Booking is completed online through our website. Simply browse our products, choose your preferred inflatable or setup, check availability and secure your date through the booking system. Which areas do you deliver to? 📍

We provide party hire throughout Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Keynsham, Yate, Thornbury, Portishead, Bradley Stoke and South Gloucestershire, along with surrounding locations.

How much notice should I give before booking?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer weekends, school holidays and popular themed inflatables such as the 3D Unicorn Bouncy Castle (12ft x 12ft) or 3D Dinosaur Front Slide Combo (15ft x 12ft). Last-minute bookings are sometimes available, but advanced booking gives you the best chance of securing your preferred product.

What is included in the hire price? 💷

Hire prices include delivery, setup and collection, along with the inflatable or equipment itself, blower, extension leads, anchoring equipment and safety mats where required. Some locations outside Bristol may include an additional delivery charge depending on distance.

Can bouncy castles be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, many of our inflatables can be set up indoors or outdoors depending on available space and suitable surfaces. Grass is required for outdoor inflatable setups, while indoor hires are suitable for halls and venues with enough ceiling height and floor space.

Is soft play suitable for outdoor hire?

Our Soft Play equipment is designed for indoor use only. This helps maintain cleanliness, protects the equipment and provides a safer play environment for toddlers and younger children.

What age groups are your products suitable for?

Different products suit different age groups. Soft play is ideal for toddlers and younger children, while inflatables such as the 3D Jungle Bouncy Castle (12ft x 12ft) and 3D Unicorn Front Slide Combo (15ft x 12ft) are popular for children’s birthday parties and school-age events. Do you provide party packages?

Yes. Our Party Packages combine popular products into convenient setups that can help simplify planning and provide excellent value for birthdays, christenings and children’s celebrations.

How much space is needed for a bouncy castle?

Each inflatable requires additional safety space around the unit itself. Product pages list full dimensions, including recommended setup space. Larger inflatables, such as those within 15x12ft Bouncy Castles, naturally require more room than smaller options.

What happens if the weather is poor? ☔

Safety always comes first. If weather conditions become unsafe due to strong winds or heavy rain, we may cancel outdoor inflatable bookings. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is required because of unsafe weather conditions.

Can I hire equipment overnight?

Yes, overnight hire may be available for selected products and venues for an additional charge. Please discuss this with us before booking so we can confirm suitability.

Do I need to supervise the equipment?

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise inflatables and soft play equipment at all times during use. This helps ensure children use the equipment safely and appropriately throughout the event.

What surfaces can inflatables be installed on?

Outdoor inflatables are installed on grass only. Indoors, we can set up on suitable hall or venue flooring. We do not install inflatables on concrete, gravel or other hard outdoor surfaces.

How wide does access need to be?

Most inflatables require access of at least 2.6ft wide, although some larger units may require additional space. If access is restricted, please let us know before booking so we can advise accordingly.

Are your inflatables cleaned between hires?

Yes. All inflatables and soft play equipment are cleaned thoroughly between hires, checked regularly and maintained carefully before delivery.

Do you have insurance and safety testing?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance up to £1,000,000. Relevant inflatables are PIPA tested and all equipment is maintained and inspected regularly.

Can I combine products for mixed age groups?

Absolutely. Many customers combine Soft Play for toddlers with Bouncy Castles for older children. Extras like Didi Cars can also help provide more variety throughout the event.

What payment methods do you accept? 💳

A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are typically paid on delivery, although online and card payments are also available.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Deposits are refundable when cancellations are due to unsafe weather conditions. Customer cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice are refundable, while cancellations made within 14 days are generally non-refundable. Wherever possible, we can help rearrange bookings to a different date.
