Can the bouncy castle stay inflated after the agreed collection time?
Collection is arranged as part of the booking and our team returns after the agreed hire period. Please make sure an adult aged 18 or over is available when we arrive.
Only Jump N Joy Castles personnel should dismantle or collect our equipment. Customers should not attempt to pack away an inflatable themselves or hand it to somebody claiming to collect it unless that person has been confirmed by us.
Do you need vehicle access right beside a Bristol garden?
Not necessarily right beside it, but the route from our van to the setup point needs to be practical. Bouncy castles are substantial pieces of equipment when packed away.
Tell us about stairs, alleyways, restricted entrances, basement or raised gardens and lengthy carries before the event. Most inflatables require around 2.6ft of access width, and larger equipment may need more.

No. A £20 deposit is required to secure the equipment and date. Until the deposit has been received, the booking is not confirmed and we cannot hold the inflatable.
The remaining balance is normally payable on delivery before setup begins.
What if I cancel more than two weeks before the party?
Customer cancellations made at least 14 days before the hire date generally receive a full refund of the booking deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are normally non-refundable.
If the issue is a change of plans rather than a complete cancellation, we will try to transfer the booking to another available date where possible.
