What happens if there is no convenient electricity socket?
A bouncy castle blower needs a continuous power supply while the inflatable is operating. For venues or larger event sites where standard mains power is not practical, alternative power arrangements may sometimes be required.
Any generator, blower or electrical equipment supplied by Jump N Joy Castles must remain where our team positions it. Customers should not move or disconnect this equipment.
Can I switch the bouncy castle off while everyone is eating?
You should not disconnect or switch off the blower yourself. The inflatable should remain under the setup arrangements established by our team until collection or until we provide different instructions.
Nobody must be allowed onto an inflatable while it is inflating or deflating.
Who is responsible for supervising a South Gloucestershire hire?
A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise the equipment whenever it is being used.
This involves controlling numbers, preventing overcrowding and stopping unsafe behaviour rather than merely being present at the event.

Are outdoor hires available during winter?
No. Our outdoor inflatable season does not operate from October through to March.
Indoor halls and venues are therefore the main option during this period, subject to having suitable dimensions and flooring.
What happens if summer weather becomes unsafe?
Weather conditions are assessed from a safety perspective. Rain covers on some bouncy castles can help with light showers, but they do not change safe wind limits or make equipment suitable for severe weather.
If conditions prevent safe outdoor operation, alternatives may include moving indoors, changing equipment or rearranging the date where circumstances permit. When we cancel an outdoor booking because weather makes operation unsafe, the deposit is refunded.
Can I change the delivery address after booking?
Contact us before making the change final. A new address may affect the delivery route, access, surface suitability and whether the equipment selected will fit.
If the event moves from a garden to a hall, for example, we will also need the indoor floor and ceiling dimensions.
What if the party finishes earlier than expected?
Leave the inflatable installed and wait for our agreed collection. Customers should not deflate, move or dismantle the equipment themselves.
Only authorised Jump N Joy Castles team members will collect hired equipment. If somebody arrives unexpectedly claiming to represent us, contact us before releasing anything.
What safety credentials come with the hire?
Jump N Joy Castles carries £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Relevant bouncy castles are PIPA tested, regularly inspected and checked prior to hire.
Our team also handles delivery and professional installation before the equipment is handed over for supervised use.
How is a South Gloucestershire booking confirmed?
Bookings are made through the website. A £20 deposit is required to secure the chosen bouncy castle and date, and equipment cannot be reserved until that payment has been received.
The remaining balance is normally payable on delivery.
