I've never hired a bouncy castle before but would do it again with Jump N Joy next year! We hired the rainbow one for my child's 3rd birthday in the bristol area.It was a hit with the kiddos. it was in great condition and the team were in and out in 10mins. Best £90 ive ever spent.

Great service. Easy to book. Prompt arrival and setup. The guys doing the setup were really friendly and helpful, and also very efficient. At pick-up they arrived on time, did a thorough clean and packed away neatly. The bouncy castle, diddy cars and soft play were well received by the mass of children we had for my daughters 5th birthday party. Would thoroughly recommend.

I rented a bouncy castle for my son’s birthday party and it was hands down the highlight of the day! From the moment it was inflated, the kids were bouncing, laughing, and having the time of their lives. The vibrant colours and fun design made it instantly appealing, and it was spacious enough for a whole group to enjoy safely.

Set up was quick and professional, and the material felt sturdy and well - maintained.
Even the adults were tempted to jump in! It held up beautifully throughout the day, and the safety features gave us peace of mind while the little ones went wild.

If you’re looking to add pure ‘Jump N Joy’ to any event this bouncy is a must. The communication was top tier. As a first time customer I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be booking again!

Booked a castle with Jump N Joy for my daughter’s party. Booking online was very easy and I was contacted by phone to confirm details.
Delivery was on time, very professional and a very friendly service. We had lots of comments too on how lovely the castle was from our guests.
Collection was also great - we were kept up to date with their arrival time and it was packed away in a jiffy!
100% recommend and will be using again in the future for our children’s parties.

After being let down by a previous company and panicking these guys were above and beyond helpful and got me a beautiful bouncy castle last minute and were just so helpful, understanding and patient. They saved the day literally! My little girl loved her unicorn bouncy castle and everyone couldn't believe how nice it was to the eye! Really polite, professional and just really nice to talk too!
